The Happy Half Marathon brings together people from Springfield and beyond. Our looped course starts and finishes in the heart of Downtown Springfield. While you are on the course, you will run by many historic sights and see all of the beauty that our city has to offer.
If a half marathon isn't for you, we also feature the Hoppy 5K, the Happy Kids 1K Fun Run, and the Champion City Challenge. This event truly has something for everyone!
Proceeds benefit the Mercy Health Springfield Regional Cancer Center.
