The Springfield Arts Council’s 2024 SUMMER ARTS FESTIVAL presents The Heart of Rock and Roll – The Tribute to Huey Lewis and The News.
The Heart of Rock and Roll (THoRR, for short) goes beyond mere tribute with a Las Vegas level frontman who brings to life the look and sound of Huey Lewis so accurately, he’s fooled more than a few fans!
With unforgettable hits like, “Hip To Be Square” “Stuck With You” “I Want A New Drug” “The Power of Love” and of course, “The Heart of Rock & Roll,” you’ll feel transported “Back In Time” as you enjoy the full Huey Lewis & The News live concert experience. THoRR also covers hits by other artists just as HLN did in their shows. Classics like “The Boys Are Back in Town” “Some Kind of Wonderful” and “But It’s Alright” are sure to please even non hardcore Huey fans.
