Health Expo '24

Wednesday, October 9, Community Health Foundation will offer the community resources for healthy living and wellness at Health Expo ’24. This free and interactive wellness expo has something for everyone!

Highlights of this year’s Health Expo include:
• Individual Health Screenings at no cost--blood pressure, vision, blood glucose, mammography, hearing, prostate cancer, medication reviews, and more!
• Refresh your CPR skills with a physician-led demonstration and instruction.
• Free Car seat Safety Checks – pull up your vehicle to make sure your child’s seat is installed correctly.
• Get your Flu Vaccine! Vaccines are offered at no cost to you. Clark County Combined Health District will bill your health insurance if you have it. Regular and senior vaccines are available.
• The Mercy Health Mobile Mammography unit will be on hand to offer breast cancer screenings. A physician’s order is not required. Call 937-523-9332 to schedule your mammogram.
• Doctors from Springfield Urology will offer a free PSA blood test that screens for prostate cancer. PSA tests are recommended for men over age 55.
• The Grand Hall will feature more than 50 exhibitors, free samples of healthy foods, and all kinds of resources to support your physical and mental wellbeing.
• Discover ways to stay healthy and fit – with opportunities to learn pickleball, how to adjust your bicycle, yoga, Zumba, fall prevention, and more.
• Take a tour of the James E. Sheehan Rocking Horse Health Bus.
• Families of babies and toddlers can get development checks, sign up for the Imagination Library, and find resources to help their families thrive.
• Fun activities for children and families, including the Smoothie Bike.
